Our hill gallop is 6 furlongs with about 3 furlongs on the flat with a steady climb to the top. In 2018 we invested into improving the gallop putting in drainage all the way along before adding a stone base and a carpet surface. This has created an allweather surface which is allows us to exercise the horses all year round whatever the weather throws at us!
