Dead Heat!!

It’s quite remarkable that after 3 miles 1 furlong and 13 hurdles that two horses cannot be separated on the line, that’s what happened yesterday at Wetherby with Lillys Lengend dead heating with Minella Hero. Emma who works for us rode Lillys Legend, she gave her a good ride and it looked she looked certain to win jumping the last only to be joined on the line. Lilly is finally starting to show what she is capable of and I think there is loads of improvement in her.

3 new horses arrived back from Doncaster sales yesterday, a two year old filly by Flemensfirth, and two three year olds, one by Tobougg and the other a French bred by Antartique. All have never been ridden, tomorrow we will start the process of “breaking them in” hopefully they will all have been ridden within two weeks, then the dreaming of how good they could be will begin!
